We are informed that Don Cobb, former Tower Captain at Waltham Abbey and recently of Somerset, sadly died early this morning.

The Association striking competition finals were held on a ridiculously hot 4th July, hosted by the South Western District, with both competitions held at Barking, alongside the local festival, so competition was also against the drums, music and events taking place on the green. The judges for both competitions were Ben Kipling and Paul Caruana both of St Martin in the Fields.
