Our eight bells are now installed and being rung, and the Bishop of Chelmsford will dedicate them on Sunday October 22nd at 12.30.

The Great Totham bells are now ringing again. Practice nights resume on Friday 29th September 2017.

It is with sadness and regret that I have to inform you of the death, earlier today, of Jose Sadler. Jose was a ringing member at Prittlewell but had not rung for several years owing to ill health.

Due to continuing building work at Maldon, SMV, ringing will be suspended from 4th September for approximately 4 weeks.

The funeral of Alan Coleman is to be held at St Michael and All Saints, Galleywood, at 11am on Monday, 14 August. Stephanie Gillingham officiating. Burial in the churchyard follows.

I am very sorry to report that Alan Coleman of Galleywood died on Monday 31 July. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this sad time.
