Are you considering a recruitment drive for your tower or your cluster? Would it help to have something to really draw attention to ringing? Have you thought about bringing the Touring Tower to your location? 

Come along to Rickstones Academy in Witham on Saturday 12th April (the Saturday of the Essex Ringing Course) to see how you might use it. There will be a chance to try ringing it yourself and to get instruction on how to use it to demonstrate ringing to anyone interested. There will also be PR reps on hand to show you the material you could use for your recruitment event and you can talk to people who have been involved with running such events across the county.

The sessions are as follows and need to be booked:

First & final sessions only available for course attendees: 9.00am to 10.00am broken into three 20-minute slots, and final session 4.00 to 4.20pm

Day sessions 10.30 to 12.30am, 3.00 to 4.00pm - open to anyone who is interested - you do not need to be attending the course.

Demonstration of de-rig and erection from 1.30 to 3pm if enough interest.
