The Essex Association of Change Ringers   President: The Right Reverend the Lord Bishop of Chelmsford

It is with great sadness that I need to inform you of the death of Roger Brown on Monday 7th April, former ringer of Great Baddow. 

He moved to Bexhill in Sussex 9 years ago and was an active ringing member of their band until ill health prevented him from ringing 6 months ago. 

He always took a keen interest in the ringing activities of the SE District and enjoyed meeting up with his Essex friends. 

He died peacefully at home surrounded by his family. Our thoughts are with his wife Geraldine, and his family and friends at this sad time.
