We are sad to report the death of David O Knewstub on Thursday 10th August.

David learnt to ring at St George’s Barkingside under Dennis Ellisdon in 1965. He then spent a couple of years at Great Totham before his work took him to Australia in 1972.

Until his health prevented him from ringing about 6 years ago he was a great servant to ringing in western Australia (Perth Cathedral in particular) and he also became President of ANZAB.

No details of funeral arrangements are known at this time.
