The Essex Association of Change Ringers   President: The Right Reverend the Lord Bishop of Chelmsford

The Association has been given a Saxilby Simulator (dumb bell) which is no longer required due to a planned house move.

The Property Trustees have agreed to hold a competition open to Association Towers and individual Ringing Members so that the simulator can be re-used.
