The Essex Association of Change Ringers   President: The Right Reverend the Lord Bishop of Chelmsford

I regret to inform you that Tracey Southgate is unable to continue as General Secretary of the Essex Association of Change Ringers. The EACR Executive Committee has made an interim appointment, and David Sparling will act as Interim General Secretary until the Association Annual General Meeting on 6th May 2019.
