At the Central Council meeting in Portsmouth last month I mentioned that the Ringing Centres Committee had produced a new edition of Training Times. It has article on clustering, developments at Bradpole, Tom Farthing's training bell and a digest of posts over the last year from the Ringing Centres Facebook group. There is also information about the CC Ringing Centres Committee itself.
