The Essex Association of Change Ringers   President: The Right Reverend the Lord Bishop of Chelmsford

The 62nd Annual Essex Dinner is now just under 3 weeks away and time is running out to book your place! If you are thinking of joining those who have already booked, either as an individual, a couple or a table of eight, then now is the time to act. Please check with your fellow tower members at your practices or Service ringing this week.

The cost of the Dinner is £36 - I hope you will appreciate that this represents excellent value for money. The evening will take the normal format, gathering at 6.45 for 7.30pm with time to socialise before the meal and speeches. There is time for further socialising afterwards.

To help with the organising it would be very much appreciated if you could book and pay for your tickets at the very earliest opportunity.

The speakers this year are Andrew Mills, Director of John Taylor & Co, the Loughborough Bell Foundry and the Very Reverend Dr David Ison, Dean of St Paul’s Cathedral. David Sparling will also be welcomed as a new and well deserved Life-Vice President of the Association following his election at the AGM in May.

The booking form can be downloaded from the website, select your menu choices, add your name and send your completed form, SAE (for tickets) and full payment (payable to ‘EACR’) to Andrew Brewster at the address below. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please ask for details.
