Essex Course — Volunteers needed to serve refreshments

During the Essex Ringing Course around 1,300 cups of tea and coffee are served to some 12 tutors, 72 students and around 100 helpers over the three days of the course held at Honywood School in Coggeshall.

Volunteers are needed to maintain this vital service to the Course participants. At least three people are needed for each session, the times of which are outlined below (although these times are approximate until the Course programme is finalised). All you need to bring is yourself with a willingness to give up some time to help others — everything else is provided.

The sessions are as follows:

Thursday 7th April — 3 sessions:
10am—11.15am; 2.45pm—4.15pm and 5pm—6.15pm
Friday 8th April — 2 sessions:
9.20am—10.45am and 3pm—5pm
Saturday 9th April — 2 sessions:
9.10am—10.45am and 2.45pm—4.15pm

If you are able to help please email me with your name and the session(s) you can assist with. Even if it's only one session it will help greatly to the success of the Course.

Thank you.
