The Essex Association of Change Ringers   President: The Right Reverend the Lord Bishop of Chelmsford

Your Central Council Reps (Fred Bone, Paul Cammiade, Vicki Chapman, Wendy Godden and Steve Nash) were out in force at the 2016 Annual General Meeting in Portsmouth over the Bank Holiday weekend.

A Question Time session held on Sunday threw up a number of suggestions concerning the future of the Council and its relevance to grass roots membership, and the main theme of discussion throughout the AGM centred around the need for reform of the Council and how it can best serve the interests of ringers worldwide.
