The Essex Association of Change Ringers   President: The Right Reverend the Lord Bishop of Chelmsford

Sadly Tony Kidd of Ingatestone died on Tuesday 27th January 2015, aged 90.

He was a member of Ingatestone tower, and the Association, for over 50 years and whilst he hadn’t been ringing for several years he kept up with other members of the band when we met at his house for coffee after ringing at Fryerning on the first Sunday of each month.

A Thanksgiving Service, following private cremation, will be held at Fryerning Church at 12 noon on Friday 6th March 2015. He left specific instructions as to the ringing for this which has now been arranged.

He will be greatly missed by us all.
