Nominations and Motions for AGM
As you know, nominations for Association Officers (Master, Secretary, Treasurer, 5 Central Council Representatives, 3 Property Trustees, 2 Independent Examiners, Education Officer, PRO and Technical Adviser) must be received by me in writing by 1 February 2016. Nominations may be made at a district meeting or can be sent directly to reach me before the deadline. Please refer to and use the nomination forms: Central Council Representatives; Other Officers.
Nominations MUST be received for each of these offices, even if it's just for the current post holder to continue.
Motions for the AGM
Notices of Motion for the AGM (items for debate or proposed rule changes), sponsored by at least 2 members, must also be received by 1 February 2016. Any proposed rule changes shall be fully defined, i.e. stating rule numbers, revised text and rationale for change.
The AGM will take place on Bank Holiday Monday 2nd May 2016.
